We left midday Friday, July 14, on an about two-week jaunt to visit family and friends, and see new places. First day was a relatively short drive, Clovis to Rio Vista, Calif. The goal was to just get on the road and get settled. We didn’t do any walk and shoot photography in Rio Vista.
It didn’t help that on Monday, this former “safety guy” sliced the web of his right hand pretty deep with a box cutter. The show must go on though.
Packed and ready to head out. You can’t see it well, but I installed a trailer hitch rack and then purchased a generator to place on it for those times we aren’t near shore power.
